With a professional background in Technology and Project Management, she's spent years specializing in Change Management, helping organizations navigate complex changes in their IT infrastructures.

In 2020, amid the pandemic, she founded InfiniteDirection, L.L.C. providing resume-writing services, and career guidance to women of color looking for upward mobility and career advancement. What began as a focused initiative for women has blossomed into a comprehensive career development initiative that provides personal and professional development digital branding tools, workbooks, and resources to youth and young adults looking to contribute their skills and talents to the workforce or begin their entrepreneurship journey if they so choose.

Today, she's the creative force behind "Girl, Get Up: Life & Times of an Infinite Dreamer," a podcast that serves as a beacon of hope and practical wisdom for professionals and business owners in transition, and where stories are shared all in hopes to motivate and inspire audiences to dream bigger and higher, turning career aspirations into reality.
